Thinking about coming out soon… Need Help
Hey guys, I dont write much about myself on here, but this is the only place i can go for this kind of advice.
A little background; Im a teenager. Im still in high school and Im very involved, which had led me to live a pretty public life. I wouldnt say Im popular, but a lot of people know me or at least know who I am.
Only one person knows I’m gay. A kid at my school who is also gay who I reached out to about a month ago. He’s helped a bit, but I really want to know some other perspectives on the matter.
So here are my questions to you;
Are you out? How did you come out? (because even with my closest friends, i have no clue how to start that conversation) What problems arose after you came out?(any unusual challenges that I probably wouldnt think about, but I should prepare myself for?) How did it affect your relationships, ie friends, family, peers? How did it make you feel? And overall, how did it change your life?
